Good sturdy construction. It took a while to arrive because it was out of stock. The charging port is on top of the battery.

Received 2 devices already unpacked, battery assembled on one, fingerprints, missing screws, 1 of the 2 devices sizzles, I was in contact with the customer service who didn't want to hear anything and asked for a video loop without taking into account the message sent. No video can show that! And they insist... These devices were for a gift, I ordered the same one on ALIEXPRESS to be able to offer NEW products!!! and no second hand including 1 defective. I am extremely disappointed to be treated like this for a long-time client.

Reçu 2 appareils déjà déballés, batterie assemblée sur l'un, traces de doigts, vis manquantes, 1 des 2 appareils grésille, il s'agit sûrement de 2 retours clients qui m'ont ete envoyés...Pris contact avec le service client qui ne veut rien entendre et demande une vidéo en boucle sans tenir compte du message envoyé. Aucune vidéo ne peut montrer ça ! et ils insistent... Ces appareils étaient pour un cadeau, j'ai commandé les mêmes sur ALIEXPRESS pour pouvoir offrir des produits NEUFS !!! et pas d'occasion dont 1 defectueux. Je suis extrêmement déçu d'être traité comme ça pour un client de longue date.
