Unable to use software to program radio. Baofeng cables don't work. They are recognized by Windows, but program can't talk to it. Bluetooth programming doesn't work because Bluetooth is not available. Power output not according to as advertised. Basically, the radio cannot be programmed from the keypad and no mention of it in manual. Makes for an expensive paperweight. Not long range due to power output at just 4.5 watts.
