The Bluetooth-controlled lock system looks good when it arrives in my mailbox. BUT the technical documentation does not match at all. The technical documentation indicates that it is the OKLOK application that allows to control the opening and closing of the lock. BUT this OKLOK application does not work at all with the lock. In addition, the lock case does not contain any reference or apparent mark that would make it possible to find a compatible application online. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied and I ask BANGGOOD for a refund of my purchase . Jo (from Valencia in the drome)

Le système de verrou commandé par Bluetooth semble en bon état a son arrivée dans ma boite aux lettres. MAIS la documentation technique ne correspond pas du tout. La documentation technique indique que c'est l'application OKLOK qui permet de contrôler l'ouverture e la fermeture du verrou. MAIS cette application OKLOK ne fonctionne pas du tout avec le verrou. Par ailleurs, le boitier du verrou ne comporte aucune réference ou marque apparente qui permettrait de trouver en ligne, une application compatible.
