Q: How do I program the remote that comes with it?

The seller (need to operate after distribution network) use the needle to press the matching button at the bottom of the motor, then press the pause button of the motor, the red light flashes, and then press any key of the remote control, the it is OK

In the specification it states that a converter is included in the package. It was not. There was a powerplug, but for US power outlets, and therefore completely useless.
