Q: Does it can be used as a turn table pre amp ?

nleeman The amp does not have RIAA correction !! Your turn table pick must therefore be "criystal" type and not "Dynamic" (moving magnet or moving coil is not supported) type. Crystal type pick ups give 100mV output, Dynamic type pick ups only give 5 mV output and need a RIAA correction network to perform.

nleeman Theoreticallyyou need a 8,5 A transformer for 8Ohm speaker or a 17A transformer for use with a 4Ohm speaker. Calculated rates (theoretically) would be 2 x 24VAC = 48VAC 48VAC x
