gbrookes Youprobably could. I don't. My head is a bit too big for these so they don't fit me perfectly so the sound quality can be a bit variable depending on how they are sitting, to be honest I think they would be more effective if the bone the contacted was the bone around the ear lobe instead of teh spot in front of the ear lobe. They do not go inside your ear, they hook around your ear and sit against your cheek bone in front of your ear lobe. No ear discomfort, but like masks get tangled with hearing aides and glasses and listening devices, this has potential to be a minor problem with glasses as they both go over the ears to hold them in place.
