I am From India.My new3D printer ‘anycubic i3 mega with ultrabase’ is not working now.Official site of Anycubic is not letting me to even register. Could not enter my phone number as India was not listed in the dropdown list of countries.Hence i am writing this here. I could only print some trial items like ‘pair of owls’ for a week or so. They came out well. When i started to print a box like item for my hobby project, the machine stopped working on 22 Dec 2017. Informed by email to james@anycubic3d.com. No reply so far. The machine is totally bricked. The ultra base is faulty. Left side front corner of glass came away from aluminum base.Could not whatever i try.Small balls are found all around in the package.They are from left side base lender bearing i think.A small portion of the plastic clip holding the base with the rail underneath was broken but holding.Might be damaged in the transit. On 22nd Dec 2017 the machine stopped in the middle of the print job after printing for 3 or 4 hours. the hot end was stuck in the print and the machine was not moving. Screen is on. Tried to bring the hot end by home all command.The hot end actually in plastic and came out after heating the nozzle again. After cleaning the base etc., I tried to print a trial object. As soon as i pressed the ‘print’ , the screen and machine turnoff on its own.After the welcome screen turned on again after a minute or two, I tried to print the pair of owls etc., which the machine printed previously well.Same result. Finally the machine died on me I think. Even the welcome screen is not coming up now.Reported this to James. No action. What am I to do? Somebody please help. Hope my cry will reach where it should be answered. PSR Babu.
