r3ll1k It depends on your prescription, if you're nearsighted you won't need to wear your glasses but if you're farsighted this headset will not work for you. my prescription is -2.75 and I can use this without wearing glasses, this headset is small so if you have a larger so if you have a larger head it might not be comfortable.
