Phillenium17 The Eachine TEC app on Android is what I used and it works great for photos and watching inflight.

Q: Does this drone connect to phone Via WIFI Connection or can you fly it without WIFI?

Phillenium17 You can control it via the remote or connect your phone to the drones WiFi and control it via your touchscreen.

Phillenium17 I received 2 with my drone. One in the bag and one mounted in the drone.
