ingweza Cant say Im pleased . it comes with the older firmware and does not want to update. used sereil usb convertor. the boot0 i sstill not regocnised suing all confirgurations for the jumper. WHy can they just put teh the right firmware on it. It is brand new in AUgust 2022 and its running old firmware. Now I have a plastic paper weight. dissapointed

ingweza I have used it in v tail standard tail, double servo tail and in a plane with booms.

ingweza PWM is not just on and off but also there to regulate the intensity. If you are burning a picture with different levels of black. Then use pwm to darken the burn or create a light coloured burn. So yes it does in a sense at such a high speed you cant see the off, but it reduces the power and as a reuslt the laser is weaker. and of course the other way when the pulse is on for longer the laser seems brighter and therefor hotter. IT has 3 wires. The power + and - and the signal. When the duty is cycle is a )% then the laser will be off completely. hope that helps.

ingweza Difficult to say without more info. Is the unit powering up,is there picutre thta is unclear etc.?? A common problem is people put them on full power without considering cooling. Once in the air the air flow keeps them cool, but to operate at high output in the ground for a while may damage them. I recently damaged a camera because, being older it ran at a different voltage. I could tune into a blank screen but no picture.
