manuel Youcan compare this as using a switch to turn something off or on , so no dim control of connected lights , for that you need a real dimmer controller or a controllable led light that gives the option to dim it by controlling the brightness

manuel youcan remove the cover as there should be a reset button on the print just be carefull if its connected to main power, there might be depending model a usb interface to power it safely and reset it without connected to mains
