OneEyeBandit This boat looks to have the exact same components and layout as the FT016 (Has a better looking Catamaran hull but jumps a lot in waves). That DOES have both a low battery warning buzzer AND a approaching out of range buzzer alarm in the Transmitter.

OneEyeBandit It has the low battery alarm on the Transmitter, but you will know when the battery gets low because the speed will drop to a slow speed. When it does bring it into shore IMMEDIATELY so you don't damage the battery. Also, after running 4-5 minutes keep it fairly close to your launching site.

OneEyeBandit The FT019 which has the exact same components and layout was commented on being able to handle a 3s. I never tested mine to confirm this, but 2 people said it does.
