Q: Is there a need for a program card for a full conversion?

Asked by BG343921854 on 2021-08-25 01:57:10

hansnl Not specialy , but i liked to play with some parameters with my rebuild 144001 . Received this card recently, but did not too much with it. Also looked at YT for some technical explanation for this card, but what i've found were not really experts in what they are talking about.. Goodluck with your conversion ! Bye, Hans

hansnl Yes, the full kit including the program card you need to have. But also some mechanical skills to transfer the primary tooth-wheel from the brussed to the new brusless motor. It took me 45 minutes to fix that. To prevent this you better order a new primary tooth-wheel for about 8 dollars. I've also connected a GYC300 Gyro Module (Aliexpress 5 dollar) in series with the steering servo for improved stability during drifting . Success with your 144001 conversion. Bye, Hans

hansnl No this inverter does run on AC mains voltage (220 Volt) and is rectified to DC ~330 Volts. A external DC input, you should make yourself, probably this unit will work at a lower DC voltage.. Goodluck !

Q: what is the maximum traveling speed of the laser head?

Asked by erik_eastwood on 2021-04-25 03:19:50

hansnl Fully depends on what you like to do with this, engrave ? Cut through ? Material properties ? Required quality of your engravings ? Laser head power ? Just maximum mechanical speed is pretty fast at least sufficient for most operations i use it for. Bye, Hans

Q: How do you pair the additional wireless chime? I can't figure it out

Asked by BG134735185 on 2021-04-10 04:56:56

hansnl In the Aiwit app , click sign (add device) and select the option to share by QR-code. This way it worked out for me. Adding a second DoorBell. To connect the optional wireless chime, is also described in the manual press the volume down button (becomes the Connect button) next press the doorbell button , and these devices are paired.Succes !

Q: What are two potentiometers for? What are they doing?

Asked by vaklev on 2021-03-30 03:34:03

hansnl The function of these potmeters are given in the specs 9: Input time of 1-50, cycle unit (1 cycles is 20 ms), current input (30-99%), The left is the timer , the right the power output from your (rewinded microwave) transformer. I would like you to show a picture of my constructed welding transformer, but can upload this using this banggood reply page. Good luck! Hans
