PieterOosthuizen I am no expert, but every time I had an issue they sorted me out immediately. If the item was shipped, go to shipped on the mobile app, and in the right hand top corner there is an icon that looks like a earpiece. Click on that and talk to an agent, they are friendly. If using the website, click on shipped and in the right hand bottom corner you again see the earphones, click on them to chat to an agent.
