Laptop could not boot up. The packaged was received in good condition including the Laptop. The following error message was displayed on the laptop's screen EFI Shell version 2.50 [5.12] Current running mode 1.1.2 Map: Cannot find required map Press ESC in 1 seconds to skip startup.nash, any other key to continue Shell> Pressing the ESC key, nothing happened. Switched the laptop off and on again and pressed the Enter key, nothing happened. What is the problem! Was it checked for flaws before it was shipped to me?

Q: Hello, please give us correct informations about this product. Is RAM DDR4 (like in table specs), or is LPDDR3 (like in pictures)?

Shane howdo I find out the RAM on the Laptop is LPPDR3 as advertised on the website.
