Pmiki09 The tester shows about 0.3V lower voltage but you can calibrate the tester as it written in the "Directions for use" section of the Description page. You need 2-3 other testers which show correct value. Keep pressed the button while plug the tester into a USB slot, for example in a desktop PC and a calibration menu appears. You can switch between up and down arrow by double click and single click changes the value. The horizontal arrow exits from the calibration menu.
