There's a minimum hole size that this works on. The hole/slot has to be large enough for the stepped lower part of the tool to fit inside. If you were building a bench with mortise and tenon joints you'd be OK, but smaller projects, not so much so.

I am nicely surprised by this item. It grips like a bastard, and is a lot more effective than my hammer-down hold-down clamps. It does not work with think material, but is perfect for your average plank.

As standard, the bearings would not extend far enough out to reach the blade on my DeWalt saw, but it was a simple job to make an extension. Other than that, it is well made with decent tolerances.

Excellent value. Extremely well made and functional. I Love that the clamps also include two 20mm dogs (one per clamp) which happen to fit my wood working bench. Image also shows T-slot and 6mm star grip knobs (as fence clamps) all sourced from Bangood).

For the price these are OK, but if zeroed at one end of the scale, they both show a few hundreds error at the other end of the scale. They are still useful as comparative measurement if you have something to calibrate them which is close to what you are working on. 1-2-3 blocks Are good for this. (I have two sets of Chinese 1-2-3 blocks and they are amazingly accurate.)

Delayed delivery probably caused by covid lock down. The blocks where very square and of excellent quality. The only problem being that Bangood sent me 1" x 2" x 3" blocks despite the box they came in being marked as 25-50-75mm. Bangood offered to discount the sale and give me some points which I agreed to. I already owned a set of 1-2-3 blocks and specifically needed metric, so it looks like I am going to end up with three sets. I don't mind too much. I use them constantly including with woodwork. The entire complaint process took about 36 hours which I thought was excellent. It might have been even quicker if I had initially provided the SKU number and a photo of the label.

The 25-50mm comes with a 25mm calibration bar which is not parallel by a couple of hundredths edge to edge. Calibrating the mic at 50mm leaves .02mm error at 25mm. I also have the 0-25mm which has .04mm when zeroed at 0mm and checked at 25mm. They are still useful as a relative size measuring tool, but not so much for absolute size measuring. (checked against 1-2-3 blocks and a Starrett 0-1" mic) But the price is just amazing, and delivery (for both of them) was as fast as anything I have bought from Bangood, so I am still happy with them.

An excellent product. I've used it on stainless steel and it chamferred the edge and did not mark the tool. A very welcome addition to my ever growing toolbox thanks to Bangood.

What a great idea. This tool has greatly improved my ability to drill perpendicular holes. It is well made and has an excellent finish. My only problem was that it allows a minimal hole depth before the chuck contacts the tool. No problem with low diameter holes, but with Forstner bits I had to make an extension which would have been difficult for anyone not possessing a lathe.

Good quality cutters hard as can be, but you need to be careful not to knock them as the corners are brittle.

I have no idea how they can sell this so cheaply. It is a precision item beautifully made, and completely functional. It arrived quicker than I expected but the packing was just some thin plastic wrapped around it inside the thin plastic envelope that Chinese imports tend to be shipped in. If considering this, take note of the 20mm shaft size — you are probably going to need a collet set to use it. It comes without a battery, but the A23 will be available at a decent supermarket. It is used without the spindle rotating, so does not cancel out a non-concentric spindle. In fact I discovered a tiny run out on the mill-drill I am using it with. I own two other edge finders, so I will use this when I have the collet chuck fitted, and my home made ball bearing edge finder when I have a chuck fitted.

Incredible value. It works perfectly with absolutely no lip when swapping between using the bottom bearing and the template below the work piece, and changing to the top bearing with the template above the work piece. Had minimal tear out when used on radiata pine and birch plywood. Totally happy, and it arrived on the very day I most needed it.

trevordennis I'd be surprised if an E32 holder would be big enough to accommodate a 1" hole. 20mm is the largest in my collection.
