ALAN ELLIS I believe this is for use with external woofer so that frequencies below 300cycles are only from the woofer, so that their is no interference, between both bass frequency audio outputs

Q: ANY IDEA WHAT THE DAMPING FACTOR IS FOR 8 OHMS

SubhrajeetSheet No idea at all you should contact the seller for these detailed specifications. Let me share my experience I am using two 4ohm speakers-one is 10w and another one is 20w(or may be 30w) and it sounds good. Actually when I connected my 3 inch speakers to it at volume more than 80% it used to shut down at 15v input power,maybe bcoz it has speaker protection. so I modified my power supply to 18v power output and added one 4inch speaker in series now it doesn't sleep even at max volume with quite good sound. If you have good speakers then you can buy it or if you have premium speakers go for something higher as it's actually output RMS is 50 only.

ALAN ELLIS only if you have at least 100:1 attenuater probe and it is specified as usable at mains voltage
