BG531022094 After using it for a while, the MOSFET failed with only 5A 32V at input and 72V 2.71A at output. The problem was caused by the mosfet not fitted properly to the heatsink. The heat transfer pad of the diode was overlapping with the mosfet pad causing the mosfet to "float" off the heatsink. A further probable cause is that the tapped holes on the heatsink is not de-burred properly causing the components not to be flush on the heat sink. Please check your units before using them.

It arrived in good time and order. It works well but I think you would need a fan or bigger heatsink if you want to use it above about 300W (depending on input and output conditions). It is a really good tool for testing solar MPPT pump controllers in the field (with only 24V DC available) in bad sun or night conditions.
