thebigsmileXD To fix the upload, press once and then hold the reset button. Whilest holding it, unplug the cable, replug it and press upload in the Arduino IDE. Then release the reset button whilest the upload is processing. If it then fails another reset might fully fix it. If not, you would have to flash a new image via a similar UNO, look it up in the web
