Q: Does the PTFE tube go all the way through to the nozzle or just into the top of the hot end??

alexistou It can not go all the way to the nozzle. It has a Titanium heat brake! It is full metal.

Q: Is the output shaft supported by a ball-bearing, a bushing, or just the plastic servo case?

alexistou NO! I opened few of these and found that only the shaft gear is metal! All the other gears are plastic! Also there is no bearing on the shaft or brass bushing. BE AWARE
