Q: The camera does not start properly only blinks red with and without sim card. What should I do?

BG462150131 you need a "data sim card" and not just a usual sim card

Q: hello.. my first camera connected perfectly and in use daily at remote location, but this second camera, with same company SIM card, tested on another device to be working 100%, same location, same signal strength does not turn blue. no connection, i have reset and restarted the device over 20 times in several combinations with no luck.. please advise what to do

BG462150131 they will possibly sent you a file to upgrade the firmware after you give them info about your APN details, at least i am on this stage right now!

Q: I cannot configure the camera. Only the red light appears. I've done several reset's and nothing. I tried the three operators in Portugal.

BG462150131 i have a similar issue. some times it is blinking blue-red other times just steady red. i guess it cant read the the sim cards(tried a couple). still waiting for service solution.
