DimitrisL this is just mine approach, so I am also searching for an answer, but I wash it every month when I change the filter because the back fabric is itching my neck so I dunno, blame it on the dirt. I am afraid that intense washing may damage the little membranes, so I do it delicately.

Q: Does it have a low battery indication? If yes, how does it look?

DimitrisL No, it just stops working. When it has a power supply, it will light a red indicator, but it does not show how much battery it has.

DimitrisL Not at all, they heat half your sole, making it uncomfortable even in low heat after a period of time, while the rest of the calf and heel are pretty much cold.
