GMMAnonymus Only 2 of the switches are 3-way, the other 2 are 2-way switches

Q: What is this device used for? I have a couple of Arduino's would it be of use to me?

GMMAnonymus Thisis an ISP programmer, unless you want to mess around arduino bootloaders, you don't need it. "In-system programming (ISP), also called in-circuit serial programming (ICSP), is the ability of some programmable logic devices, microcontrollers, and other embedded devices to be programmed while installed in a complete system, rather than requiring the chip to be programmed prior to installing it into the system. It allows firmware updates to be delivered to the on-chip memory of microcontrollers and related processors without requiring specialist programming circuitry on the circuit board, and simplifies design work." from WikiPedia

GMMAnonymus I have used this board with ESP-Link, (which makes it work as a transparent telnet bridge) to send commands or data to Mega through WiFi and vice versa (Mega sending a response to ESP) with no problems over 1 year of usage. I'm assuming it is safe.
