I had originally purchased this unit so my wife would give me back a different unit I had bought for myself. Unfortunately, it hasnt worked out that way. This unit is easy to use and can provide up to 2500A which will turn large 8 cylinder engines. We have a 3 cyl CanAm, 4-cyl Trax and 8 cyl Land Rover. All functions are activated through a single switch and referenced on the digital display. This is one thing I prefer about my other unit, it has additional separate switches for the lights and booster charge...but thats just my personal preference. The Popdeer has excellent value. The only disappointment I have is the quality and shape of the charging cables/clips. The red and black cables are of minimal gauge for the amperage and the blunt shape of end clips are too thick at the end to fit on the Can-Am battery.
