Dear Sir or Madame, I bought the product as a present and presented it yesterday. It was opened yesterday the first time. I realized that the product does not have the massage function. Controll panel looks different then on the picture. I cannot turn it on. After 3 sec of pushing the button, the display flashes up and turns off. Nothing happens, Please advise how can I get a refund and how can I return the product. Thanks, Ferenc
