The product came in complete, but one of the feet was bent at the end of the electric cable. I groped it and i was able to plug it in. It worked. i did n't put the wire on, but the wire dribbling worked. I hope i do n't have any trouble welding. By the way, it says 08 on the tip. I guess I can't use it except 0.8 mm. 0.9 I wanted to buy it because the wire is cheaper. I won't risk it in this situation.
