Good morning Banggood, I received this order yesterday, I have just opened the package that has attached several tapes for closure and it does not seem to me new, maybe it is a return of another customer, but my disappointment is that it does not work, I turn it on and does the automatic demonstration of its functions(demo), then it does not do anything anymore, it does not receive any signal from the remote control, the LED of the remote control lights up but the dinosaur does not move any command, I have the impression that the remote control is from another dinosaur, because the remote control has the sticker QC PASS 06,the dinosaur has QC PASS 02, unfortunately there is not even the possibility to bind between remote control and dinosaur. Let me know what I can do otherwise I request immediate full refund. Before sending someone should check that the item works!!!!!, absurd!!! I enclose photo:

Buongiorno Banggood, ho ricevuto ieri questo ordine, ho appena aperto la confezione che ha attaccato  più nastri per la chiusura e non mi sembra proprio nuovo, forse è un reso di un altro cliente, ma la mia delusione è che non funziona, lo accendo e fa la dimostrazione automatica delle sue funzioni(demo), poi non fa più nulla, non riceve alcun segnale dal telecomando, il led del telecomando si accende ma il dinosauro non muove nessun comando, ho l'impressione che il telecomando sia di un altro dinosauro, perché il telecomando ha l'adesivo QC PASS 06,il dinosauro ha QC PASS 02 ,purtroppo non c'è neanche la possibilità di fare un bind tra telecomando e dinosauro. Fatemi sapere cosa posso fare altrimenti chiedo rimborso totale immediato. Prima di spedire qualcuno dovrebbe controllare che funziona l'articolo!!!!! , assurdo!!!  Allego foto :
