I bought 5 of these to replace 5 x 40 W lamps, so 5 x 5W is a quite a good economy and as bright. I bought the Warm white version, they are a bit whiter but it's not an issue for me. The big downside for me is the lighting flicker, it's not strong, but noticeable. Overall a good buy.
