This review is for the FR16 Analog version. This is by far the best 1s drone I have come across. The combination of the more powerful motors (1002 23500KV) and using A30 connectors with thicker wires to the battery (this removes the bottleneck of power getting to the motors) finally make freestyle maneuvers possible with the ease of a much larger drone.

This review is for the FR16 Analog version. This is by far the best 1s drone I have come across. The combination of the more powerful motors (1002 23500KV) and using A30 connectors with thicker wires to the battery (this removes the bottleneck of power getting to the motors) finally make freestyle maneuvers possible with the ease of a much larger drone. As a bonus, the camera is clear and images quite colorful and the VTX can be powered up to 400mW, which coupled with the easily WiFi-updatable ELRS receiver, gives substantial range to such a tiny drone. Use of the 1608 1.5mm shaft 3-blade props is recommended. The drone makes a reasonably soft whine as it flies, and so doesn't draw too much unwanted attention. It's a pleasure to fly - you will not want to go back to regular tiny whoops afterwards.
