your product is amazing and works pretty decent. First i faced a some problems like button and remote not working because firmware not properly installed, after i install another firmware its works perfectly. And your customer support is very good response

Product arrived faster than advertised. Packaging looks as if the product is not new but has been unpacked before. Maybe it's a defect return from another customer? In fact, it does not work at all. The remote control has no function. And the attached display cannot even be turned on or off. I cannot yet judge the customer service because I am only now contacting them.
