The SMA-contacts pindepth is OK according to the SMA-specification. Plating is perfectly done. The bandwidth of this assembly is measured to be over 14 GHz, and useable to over 22 GHz, meaning that the braid connection cable-contact is made equally spread. (The SMA-contact alone is specified to be used up to 26.5 GHz and useable to some 34 GHz) Usually other cable assemblies has unfortunately a bandwidth of some 1-2 GHz only. At last found a good assembly. Highly recommended.

Good quality and well constructed. For this price it's not worth doing it yourself...results will probably be not so good and price more expensive.

I’m using this with an nRF14L01 module. The module sits on the circuit board and the cable allows me to attach an external antenna to the case. The coaxial cable is a lot stiffer than I expected. It has to bend somewhat to get from the module to the case, and it exerts a bit of force on the module. Works so far, but not ideal.
