I received it before the scheduled date. I haven't tested the product yet but on the visual issue it seems to me of very good quality.

It is completely sealed in resin so no idea what goes on inside. The leads are too short to use in my specific application but I wired it up anyway until I can extend the leads. It seems to be working fine. One led flashed for a minute until the voltages were equalised, so it seems to be working. Not sure what else I can say? It did not get hot when it was equalising the two batteries but was only on for a short while.
