Item cannot serve as a programmer but for fast testing ATITINY being powered from USB port directly from computer. ATITINY Chip must be programmed first with serial library for to get usable output at COMM/USB port for debug purposes.

This is not a programmer board as it has no USB communications interface. You will still need a Arduino to upload a program to the ATtiny. It's useful as a breakout board though
