I find this to be a rock solid stable voltage converter. I use these to power my receiver from my transmitter reliably so that I can update the firmware on the receiver. Wiring is straight forward and when you test the output it 3.3V as it should be.

Very good and fast. Perfect for my purposes. I have tried it and it complies with all its characteristics. With 4 v. of entry, already has the output of 3.3v.
