please make sure bottles are closed tightly. one bottle that I received was leaking the top was not closed tightly. a second bottle had a loose top as well but had not yet begun to leak. thankfully only a small amount leaked out. other than this I am pleased with the product.

It seems to be using octanol (alcohol), but the percentage (%) is unknown. I think it can be used as an emergency when I can't wash my hands when I go out. Since the alcohol concentration cannot be presented, it should be considered restful. It smells like liquid paste.
