First of all - I really like the delivery from CZ to Latvia, I got my item in one week's time and it was delivered by the courier right to the door of my house. What I got in the cardboard box was the solar panel in the bubble wrap with two carabine shackles, a charger for a car, crocodile clamps on a cable, and 4 suction cups. Those suction cups look nice, but a bit too big for the holes in the solar panel, but that's ok, I did not plan to use them anyway. I waited for a bright sunny day and tested my panel. It can power my 1W USB fan easily, my 3W fan works only under direct sun (no clouds in the sky). I tried to charge my phone through the USB connector and it works under the direct bright sun, but if there is just a tiny cloud - it stops charging and the charging module starts to whistle very quietly (I think it has something to do with a capacitor inside). I measured voltage and I got between 17.14 - 18.10 Volts on a sunny day. The amperage was between 0.19A up to 0.94A. So I guess I can get around 8-16W at best from this panel, not 30W as advertised. I wanted it to perform better, but still, I think the panel is kind of ok. Liked those carabines and the USB charge option :) Hope my review was useful, take care!
