This causes a long delay in the collection of orders. Very malpractice on the part of the company gls that deverian call by phone to pick up the order when they leave it at the point of collection since they do not call by phone which implies much delay in the shipment, that if you find out that it has arrived. Very badly on the part of the GLS company.

Los de gls no lo entregan en el domicilio y cuando lo dejan en un punto de recogida no avisan para recogerlo por lo cual el cliente no se entera de su llegada al punto de recogida.Lo que origina mucho retraso en la recogida de los pedidos.Muy mala praxis por parte de la empresa gls que deverian llamar por telefono para recoger el pedido cuando lo dejan en el punto de recogida ya que no llaman por telefono lo cual implica mucho retraso en el envio, eso si te enteras que a llegado. Muy mal por parte de la empresa GLS.
