The product shown above arrived in one piece and in good order. Thank you. I am disappointed that the RX 001 pictured on the box in pic 1 which is supposed to come with a shower hose etc did not arrive as such but rather as indicated in pic 2 & 4 the RX 001 doesn't come with one....I'm confused???
