these work when you use a 5 volt plug in. These do not work when you try to use a 6 - 9 volt wall wart (plug in transformer) when in the 5 volt range all seems ok - but when I got to the 3.3 volt range - i get the full unloaded wall wart voltage . tried 6 volt and 9 volts and the same thing happens.
