Q: What is minimum high voltage for enabling the converter?

electronicNerd The maximum range is not 40 meters but only 30 meters (tested to 29.97meters, every distance above blanked out the display), tested last night where I could see the red spot from the laser. You should change your adv. to: distance from 3cm to 30m. For me it\'s OK, I only need up to 25 meters, as a distance-meter for shooting-range.

REXX5000 yes this is the way to go if it's bothering you. calibrate it by holding the button when plugging it in. then you will be all set.: )
