Q: how does it attach to the motor? slide through? pinch hardware?

rselivanchyk if the motor diameter is 36mm, the heat sink should clip over it. don't forget to use a bit of thermal paste too.

ElMcCoy use electrical shrink tubing on the shaft to take up the gap

ElMcCoy I'm guessing you put the zip ties on the cooling fins to protect in a roll over, but won't they melt??

ElMcCoy reverse polarity protected. does not matter which way you plug it in
