totsu Theapp is super buggy, but if you set it up properly (with chinese mainland) it works.. kind of. Dont expect notifications, because they dont work.

totsu Depends if your bathroom is ventilated. Because there is no IP rating on this and the enclosure doesn't have a rubber gasket, condensation and moisture in the air could buildup inside the lamp and after a few months it can cause problems.

totsu Itcomes with everything you need to mount it on the ceiling. You just need to drill a hole with the right size for the bushing it comes with.

totsu 12V10A or 12A depends if the power adapter vendor is truthful in the specs they provided (Check for ratings before buying). The product page recommends 5 to 6A per 5 meters so 12 should be plenty.
