Dpelkey You can run any motor on just about any voltage. These will just get hoter on 5s. If you find that they get hot or are drawing excessive amps you can use a feature in betaflight called motor scaling. Basically you can scale down the motor output to match the intended kv of motor. Keep in mind that this is a software fix and not a hardware fix and the high kv Motors are still going to be lower resistance than a set of lower kv Motors that are properly matched to the intended voltage.
