guys please help me, I have a issue with this SQ16 device. I have followed every step as mentioned in the user manual, it doesn't start and only blue light blink one time and gets off. tried all possible ways to make it work. please help me.

qhader same problem happened with me. holes didn't match with circuit board.

I received the wrong product, so I had to cut additional holes in the acrylic with my CNC so that all buttons and functions can work. Very nice and well engineered housing, if you get the right cube delivered.

i got different model case . it's not like the image holes doesn't matches the circuit board . what to do with the case. model is different. please help me I have finished building the cube. now just I need is the arcalic case.
