Q: On INAV what board should I chose for flash? Thanks

vlgligor I installed it together with a Kakute F7 HD flight controller + DJI FPV and iNAV (UART2 => GPS @ 38400 bauds, protocol UBLOX), is working flawlessly. Just follow the pin connections when soldering.
