It works as described. You need to put capacitor in parallel with the lamp as described. It works also with my google home mini, so I can control it with voice. :-)

Q: does it work with Alexa and Google assistant?? Does it need a neutral wire?

kmodric Itworks with google assistant and don't need neutral wire, but you need to install capacitor you will get with the product.
