alexavier It will be fine. This battery is the same 7.4v with a higher capacity, meaning this battery will power the RC for a longer amount of time before needing to be recharged. Just be aware that if you use the battery charger that came with the RC car to charge the 1500mah battery, it’s very likely going to damage this 2200mah battery. This happened to me when I charged it using the cheap RC charger, now the battery barely holds any charge and drains very quickly. Consider buying a balance Lipo charger if you’re going to buy extra batteries to properly charge and avoid damaging extra batteries.

Q: does this work for 12427

Asked by BG373151025 on 2020-12-04 08:49:31

alexavier I’m not 100% sure but it does fit very snuggly in the 12428 which is very similar in dimension. Might again be a tight fit but I do believe it can be squeezed in.

Q: does this drone have fcc id?

Asked by BG472312641 on 2020-11-24 07:08:27

alexavier No drone comes with an FCC ID, you have to get it from the FCC by registering on the FCC website for recreational drone flying. It’s $5 for 3 years. This drone will require to be resisted based on its weight. You use the same FCC ID for all your drones because you are registering the owner pilot so no need to get different IDs for each drone. The ID needs to be placed with a sticker or written on the drone to identify the the owner or pilot.

alexavier Yes, manual compensation is pretty minimal but you can also do this in the settings with much better range and results.
