I RECEIVED THE DRONE 2 DAYS AGO - I INSTALLED EVERYTHING, CALIBRATED COMPASS AND GIMBAL - BEFORE MY FIRST FLIGHT I CHECKED CAREFULLY EVERY PART I INSTALLED TWICE - STARTED FLYING AND CAMERA FELL DOWN AND BROKE APART - SEE ATTACHED PICTURES! MY DRONE IS USELESS NOW! I ASSUME THE GIMBAL HOLDER WAS FAULTY / GIMBAL ITSELF WAS NOT ADJUSTED WELL! DO NOT RECOMMEND! BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CAMERA IN DRONE!

  • Dbowgen123 No, I had the exact same issue and BANG GOOD chose to not help me. I assembled it as per the instructions, made sure everything was in order and I DO KNOW how to assemble a drone but this still happened. I am very upset with the way banggood have handled it.
