this item is used. the carrying cases has been ripped 3/4 across

this item is used. the carrying cases has been ripped 3/4 across the " Hinge " the drill is scratched the drill compartment seal is brown like it was overheated. the drill head is seized open &cannot be closed. I want a paid for return form and I want a NEW drill sent. I cannot pay for the return as I am flat broke until the middle of next month I am NOT happy with this purchase AT ALL ? THIS IS CALLED FRAUD AND I CAN SUE YOU FOR IT. UNLESS MY DEMANDS ARE MET. ILL THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING FROM banggood again.
